Consultancy and Training
WMC also supports other organisations to develop at the things we are best at: embedding learning, reflection and growth, and to capture, communicate and deepen their impact.
Led by WMC’s Executive Director, Laura Brewis, and supported by a team of Associates, WMC uses insights from our award-winning work to support other organisations to build best practice and make change.
As a small organisation, WMC understands then constraints of limited capacity and budgets and we can provide flexible support, from an hour of consultation and advice to supporting the development of a comprehensive evaluation framework and staff training.
Organisations that Laura and WMC have supported in the past include: New Writing North, Curious Arts, Pop Recs, Sunderland Music Hub, TOWN/ Sunderland City Council, ARC Stockton and Theatre Space NE.
The development of this work is supported by Rank Foundations “Profit for Good” programme.
