YMP Collective
YMP Collective is a peer-led space for young people aged 18–25 to develop their music, collaborate and take more ownership of their creative work.
It’s for those who want to keep making music as they get older — in a space that is more flexible, independent and shaped by the group.

What is it and how to join
The Collective brings together young people who are ready to move beyond structured sessions and develop their own ideas.
Some members have come through the Young Musicians Project, while others join at this stage, but all are looking for a space to keep creating, collaborating and developing their practice.
What happens and what difference does it make?
Unlike weekly YMP sessions, the Collective is less structured and more self-directed. Members shape what happens, from how sessions run to what they focus on.
